Our garlic is smoked for hours with alderwood, dehydrated, and ground into a powder. With its intoxicatingly smoky flavor and aroma, this artisanal garlic powder is simply amazing added to soups, stews, cornbread, and meatballs (and a whole lot more). Garlic is single origin, grown on our regenerative family farm in Wichita, Kansas. When you purchase our garlic powder, you get 100% garlic — there are no added fillers, preservatives or anti-caking agents.
