We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orie’s Farm Fresh and gladly accept returns under the following circumstances:
you contact us within 5 days of procurement and return item(s)* to us within 14 days of delivery
item(s)* must be in original packaging and in unopened, unused condition (no seals broken or shrink bands removed)
*Perishable items — such as vegetables, lamb, and garlic — are not generally eligible for return.
USPS Shipment Orders
Shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if an item arrives to you broken or damaged, please email us within two days of the product being delivered. Include photos of the damaged items and we will make it right.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Orders that are successfully delivered to an incorrect address (perhaps an old address that was auto-populated at checkout and not manually updated) will not be refunded unless the order is returned to us. Still, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Farm Gate Pickup Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule their pickup by responding to the email that we send out after the order has been received. It is also the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly read this email prior to scheduling their pickup and to understand the information provided — this will ensure an easy pickup experience. Once the pickup is scheduled, it is the responsibility of the customer to remember their pickup time. We strongly suggest that you set a reminder. Forgotten orders have already been prepped and packaged, so they are not eligible for refunds.
Local Porch Delivery Orders
Customers are sent an email prior to delivery to prepare them for their order’s arrival. This email contains, among other important info, a timeframe of expected delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to read this email. We cannot be held responsible for the freshness of your order contents if there is no vessel to place it in when we arrive and/or you are not home to immediately bring your order indoors. Also, we will not held liable for orders that are delivered, left out and subsequently stolen. You know the security of your neighborhood best. If you think having a package stolen from your porch is a possibility, we strongly encourage you not to use this service, but select Farm Gate Pickup instead.
