We took inspiration from the popular Romesco red pepper sauce when creating this salt. Sweet peppers are delectable dehydrated and blended with our intoxicating smoked garlic and other Romesco flavors like parsley and lemon balm. We like to take tried & true combinations and kick them up a notch, so we also added a “secret” ingredient to round out the flavor profile and add the slightest touch of heat to this blend … chimayo chile powder. The result? A very colorful and delicious sea salt blend that has a wide array of uses, including seasoning all kinds of fish, roasted potato wedges, vegetable stews, barley pilafs, hummus, pasta sauces, and more.

Garlic, vegetables, and herbs are grown organically right here on our farm, then harvested and dehydrated in small batches. We combine our farm fresh ingredients with organic complaint, kosher-certified pure sea salt and/or Himalayan pink salt to create truly artisanal, full-flavored and unique blends from our very own original recipes. Since all of our products are free from preservatives, chemicals, and artificial ingredients of any kind, it is normal for some minor clumping to occur once the package is opened.
