Black garlic is raw garlic that has been cooked low and slow for about a week, until the cloves caramelize and turn black, soft, sticky and sweet like molasses. It’s kinda like roasted garlic, only WAYYY better! Add it to pizza, soups and chili, pasta, hummus, salad dressing, aioli, mashed potatoes, sandwiches, burgers and steaks, and even brownies and hot chocolate (really!).
