Colorful edible flowers are foraged on our farm in spring and combined with mild green garlic and fragrant french lavender for a limited-release spring salt that’s just as tasty as it is beautiful.
Use this blend as a finishing salt for a vibrant pop of color and flavor on things like boiled or deviled eggs, garlic bread, cheese boards, any kind of fish, dips, and more.
Ingredients: organic-compliant flaky sea salt, edible flowers (dandelion, quince, redbud & violet), green garlic, french lavender

Garlic, vegetables, and herbs are grown organically right here on our farm, then harvested and dehydrated in small batches. We combine our farm fresh ingredients with organic complaint, kosher-certified pure sea salt and/or Himalayan pink salt to create truly artisanal, full-flavored and unique blends from our very own original recipes. Since all of our products are free from preservatives, chemicals, and artificial ingredients of any kind, it is normal for some minor clumping to occur once the package is opened.
