Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 bulb black garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Breakfast Blend*
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sea salt, to taste (try our Black Garlic Salt or Garlic Scape Salt)
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • toppings - like thinly sliced scallions or chopped fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the S blade attachment. Pulse the mixture until smooth and fully incorporated, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings — add more black garlic, salt or black pepper as desired.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight to allow time for the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • *Other dried herb medleys such as our Ranch Seasoning or Italian Seasoning will also work great to flavor this dip
  • Stored in the fridge, this dip should keep for 4-6 days
